Future Planning
To ensure medical services for the people of Kushtia city and Kushtia suburbs and adjoining districts, especially for the neglected, poor, oppressed and helpless common people. And ensure improved health care. The Government of Bangladesh is also determined to work together shoulder to shoulder in the implementation of the SDGs. I hope that we will be able to achieve our desired goals a million years before the implementation of the SDGs.

Future plans 8 (Eight)
1. Practicing righteousness.

2. Introducing ICU, Dialysis Unit with Vertical Extension on OT Complex and Radiology Department.

3. Upgrading HSS scores to a respectable level.

4. Release of hospital compound brokers.

5. Increasing the diameter of the pipes of the central oxygen connection line: increasing the pressure of oxygen flow and increasing the capacity of the VIE tank from 6000 liters to 20000 liters.

6. Modernization and digitization of store management.

7. Replacing gas cylinders instead of kitchen chalk.

8. Service quality enhancement, 5S and TQM launches
